10 ~ 12 dried Kokum
2 ~ 3 glasses of water or as needed
1 tbsp Sugar
A pinch of hing
2 crushed garlic pods
1 chopped chilli
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp cilantro /corainder leaves
- Soak kokum in 2 glasses of water for 3 hours. Strain and discard the pulp.
- Add the sugar, salt, hing. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the crushed garlic, chopped chillies and coriander leaves. Add water if needed and adjust salt, spices to taste.
- Enjoy this refreshing drink and tickle your tastebuds.
