INGREDIENTS:
200 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
For Marination:
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ tsp green cardamom powder
1 tsp white or black pepper powder
2 green chillies – crushed
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp amchoor
½ tsp cumin powder
1 ½ tsp salt
Method:
Preparation:
In a wide bowl, Mix all the marination ingredients together except chicken and butter.
Add chicken to the mixture. Mix and refrigerate for an hour.
Cooking:
Heat an oven at 180C / 350F for 15 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill or skewer the chicken pieces.
Roast for 10 minutes or till cooked, drizzle melted butter or oil in between. Roast for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot with mint chutney.
